1957 Jaguar XK140 Fixed Head Coupe

The 1957 Jaguar XK140 Fixed Head Coupe represents the last model-year prior to the release of the XK150, which would be the 3rd variation in the XK line. External changes include full-width bumpers, the addition of a chrome strip down the middle of the front and rear hoods and increased interior space. The Jaguar XK140, like all the XK models, would be offered as a Roadster, a DHC, and a FHC. The Roadster was the favorite among buyers and would make up the majority of Jaguar XK140 sales. The Drop Head Coupe, offered drivers better protection from the elements. The Fixed Head Coupe, was a true enclosed coupe and offered buyers the first 4 season Jaguar XK.
