Our 1970 Triumph Spitfire arrived in Malta last week. We purchased her online and it was the very first time we had ever done that. Today was a great day to go out with the Jaguar. I was curious about the speedometer reading. Drove the first 20 km with the GPS next to it. After that it was of course no longer necessary. We were in Waalwijk last Sunday and looked at the imposing vintage car exhibition. There we were very friendly by Lars v. Dongen received. Although we were there before the official opening hours, but still got a coffee offered. Lars showed us the whole exhibition, was very courteous and never intrusive. So I spontaneously decided to buy. Complicated my MG was taken in payment. I never felt overcharged and looking forward to my (new) car. My thanks are to ER and especially Lars v. Dongen.

Paul took The Spitfire down to a club run meetup on the weekend and all the members came over and admired the car saying what a beauty she was and immediately she passed their inspection requirements and he was accepted to join The Old Motors Classic Car Club.
