This is a very rare 1944 Volkswagen Schwimmwagen. These cars werd produced between 1941 and 1944. The car has the 1131 CC, 4 cyl engine with a 4 speed manual gearbox. The car also has 4WD in the first gear. So a rare and unique VW Schwimmwagen, used by the German army in Greece during World War II. Afterwards the Schwimmwagen was confiscated by the partisans and put into service by the Yugoslav Army until 1970. In 1970 the car was sold to ‘The Automobile Museum Belgrade’.
