This classic belongs to the W128 series of Mercedes-Benz, which is also known as the "Ponton" series because of its characteristic ponton-shaped body. The Ponton that we offer for sale here comes from the private collection of Mercedes-Benz classics of a well-known customer of E&R Classics. The car was extensively restored in 2018 and is in very good condition, both optically and technically. It is powered by the 2195cc 6-cylinder engine mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox.
