The Final Edition (it is in the word) is the last and most extensive version of this model of the SLK series. It is powered by the 2.0 Ltr, 4-cylinder engine coupled to an automatic gearbox.

The Final Edition is recognizable by its chrome metallic painted grille, roof and boot lid mouldings, the special Final Edition badge on the front wings and the 16-inch alloy twin-wire wheels. The interior of the SLK Final Edition has silver dials and controls, aluminum trim on the center console and door handles, leather upholstery and leather-wrapped roll bars. The SLK also has an electrically operated hard top, air conditioning, seat heating and audio / CD installation.
